Most of us know that caffeine is a stimulant, and it makes your body produce more heat. Making extra heat burns calories, and this way makes you burn more energy, and at the end of this process your body will start using the adipose tissue to produce this heat. For them, I would not recommend drinking decaffeinated products because they can be really bad for you due to all the chemicals used to strip the caffeine.

Insulin sensitivity is a difficult concept for most people to understand, but if you are diabetic you most likely know about it. Also if there is someone in your family who is diabetic you will most likely know about it. Basically insulin is the hormone which makes it possible for glucose to be transmitted to your muscle cells for use. If your muscle cells are insulin resistant – have poor insulin sensitivity – the glucose doesn’t get in, and it is stored as fat instead. You will have poor energy levels, and you will just get fat simply put.
It has been shown that green tea weight loss is caused mainly because of the positive effects that it has on your tissues. Improving the sensitivity for insulin is one of the quickest ways to lose weight, and if you feel like this might help you, I suggest you to find out as much information on it as possible. There are other supplements that help with this as well – fenugreek seeds for example. You will also need to learn to follow a low carbohydrate lifestyle, since it has been shown to be one of the quickest dietary ways to improve insulin sensitivity.
Green Tea Weight Loss Because Of reduction In Estrogen
The world is over feminized – and not just in the way you think I am saying this. The pollution is causing more and more estrogens in our bodies, which causes both men and women to have more cancers, and other serious health problems. Prostate cancer for example is directly linked to the amount of estrogen a man has in his body. This isn’t the only problem though, and increasing estrogen is also increasing the amount of fat that men have. Have you heard about the latest man-boob epidemic around the world? You most likely have seen it!
Green tea has been shown to be quite a powerful anti-aromatase supplement. When you drink green tea, your body will convert less male sex hormones in to female sex hormones, which will result in a larger muscle mass to fat mass ratio. This in turn will make you burn more calories because the resting metabolic rate is mainly the product of your muscle mass. So the more muscle you have the more you can eat and not get fat. This boils down to the insulin resistance as well, since having more muscle will automatically improve your insulin sensitivity as well, even if the tissue is still unresponsive – there is more surface for the insulin to work on. So green tea works in many levels for weight loss.
